Can you just bolt on aluminum heads to a stock motor, dont you lose a point in compression or do they come milled so they already take that into consideration?

Porting makes me nervous as I've heard a lot of things like big money to do, you need someone who knows their stuff, its an art form, off the shelf heads flow better.. etc. I'll just spray it orange and the "collector police" should be happy.
