i have changed the complete set up, i do not have a rubber line anymore, i have switched around the inlet and also added a metal line from the fuel pump to the fuel filter, i do not have a fire hazzard anymore, however i still do have the bubbles, a friend sd could be the sending unit in the tank, i am going to test this and get back on thanks Randy
