I have just read the entire post, it's the first time I noticed it. AWESOME!

A famous car? I would say yes! I knew exactly which car was being restored once I saw the pic of it sitting on barrels, and nearly eveyone I know has seen it. I would bet people around the world know about it, too; some of them have even chimed in! That makes it WORLD FAMOUS!

And Alan, don't let the "paint overspray" "brake booster" etc. etc. comments get you down! For crying out loud, guys! Look at what he started with, and what he's done to it! Absolutely amazing! He has the right to do whatever he wants to do!

If anyone wants a car that's a Govier grade, concours correct, Gold Certified, crayon marked, rectally-examined-for-original-1971-gas-smell-from-the-tailpipe, show babied trailer queen piece of "art" that you really can't enjoy .... GO DRAG ONE OUT OF A MUD PIT FROM ON TOP OF 50 GALLON DRUMS YOURSELF, AND BUILD IT YOUR WAY!!

Whew. That feels better....

Personally, I think he's done a great job on a beautiful car that he's going to have a lot of fun driving the wheels off of!
