On a side note, we just got a new '72 Challenger out last weekend at Beaver Springs.... Buddy of mine from State College

3260# race weight, 14.5 Quick time Pros, 727/8" ATI/Moser S60 4.10's, 3" exhaust with bullets....

436 CID, 4.125" K1 crank, 4.10 bore
11:1 pump gas
mild 268 @ .050" Roller, .720"
TTI off shelf W2 1 7/8 headers
Old hand port arrington heads/intake 340/250 cfm
1050 Dominator

No traction, best 60' was 1.58, most 1.64-1.68's

Went 10.26 @ 136.1 MPH first time car was ever down a track.

96 degrees, 70% humidity/ 29.4 Baro. No tuning....

Made some chassis changes this week & will try to dodge raindrops this Saturday & see if we can get some traction... & then maybe I'll think about playing with jetting/timing. I was happy with MPH considering the weather for first day out. Will have new Altronics weather station this weekend as well to monitor the air better.
