Interesting article, and I can't argue against it.
I do run Water Wetter, and usually around 30% antifreeze, once I know there are no coolant leaks.
Whether that offsets the effects of distilled water the article mentions, I don't know.
What I do know is that I have radiators that still look new inside after 30 years, and I never have cooling issues or corrosion in those vehices.
That said, the racecars have no antifreeze in them when they're active, and I have seen dissimilar-metal bonding (steel plug in aluminum coolant passage).
