Adjusting your diet to fight inflammation can have amazing results. Stay away from ibuprofen unless its absolutely needed. Long term it just makes pain worse.

Lots of green veggies, avoid starches (taters &rice), avoid sugars, avoid DIET drinks and most of all avoid PROCESSED FOOD. Its amazing what small changes like this can do.

I have a sweet tooth so its hard for me to cut out sugars but I just try to better today than yesterday.

This! Look up a guy by the name of Ray Peat. He's been talking about this stuff for decades and knows the science better than anyone I've come across. Processed foods contain a lot of vegetable oils known as "PUFA "(Poly Unsaturated fatty Acids) that create inflammation in the body and ruin your metabolism which clearly explains the obesity problem in your country. It also ruins sugar metabolism which is your bodies preferred energy source and not the enemy like the main stream media makes it out to be.

The 3 big killers in the US today are Cancer, Heart Disease and Mal Practice. Yes that 3rd one is doctors.........Think about that one. Malpractice 3rd biggest killer

Take aspirin as it works systemically not only to lower inflammation but it also improves metabolism and has broad based positive health affects. Its cheap and very effective with no side effects. There's a reason it prolongs life.
