Was employed in the auto repair business from 1974 until this past Spring. What is pain? To me, it’s my body lying to me. I ignore it. Treat it like an itchy mosquito bite. It bugs you but forget about it. Fortunately at 67 I can still go out to my home shop and work on cars nearly everyday. Why? Because I like to.

I agree with DVW, that's how i take my aches and pains. I was a program manager and traveled around the country and other countries installing body shops for all the big three. I have since left that profession behind me and slowed way down and entered the sales side of the business. I just get up every morning thank god to be alive, stretch and go about my day. still can roll around on the garage floor or be under my lift working on something. I am doing good at 54. My aches all started in my early 20's.
Pain is just weakness leaving the body!!
