Yes this can be done but there are a few things that you need to make sure of before proceeding.

1. Make sure your cam is billet not cast, if Cast, don't do it.
2. Like INIMD8 said, tighten up the lash to almost nothing, .004 - .005 (I just spoke to Lunati last week and that is what they told me to do)
