Not sure this will hold up in court:

Stopped Driver: "Why did you stop me?"

Officer:" "I clocked you 15 mph over the speed limit"

Stopped Driver: "I was practicing social distancing"

Reality check, that half the population is smarter then 50% of the people and it's a constantly contested fact.
