I don't think I have ever heard of grinding a cam for the tunnel ram intakes
I remember back when Modified Production was still racing the cam design and grinds where critical on the short stroke, small C.I. , drag race motors with tunnel rams according to those guys racing those motors back then
In todays world I look more at the application the motor will be ran in than the intake manifold, maybe that will all change when I go to racing a B1 motor with a tunnel ram with two 1050 CFM Dominator carbs.
