I am not 100% sure about the location of other plugs. Maybe some one else will chime in. But the cam plug is directly above the crank and is also a possibility Kind of a long shot but maybe not .
I am ASSUMING at this point that you have absolutely verified that the back of the intake, oil pressure ports and valve covers are all 100% dry.
