OP, you know it will hit the fender well when revved up in neutral, let alone when at WOT
I like to see a 1/4 inch + clearances on that, those cast aluminum valve covers will grow out and up when heated up more than you think
Now get to work fixing it before it marks up the fenderwell and valve cover
