If I wanted to do that(a 20K build) there are several engine builders that cater to that type of engine,and I would just use them,if I had that kind of cash.
Let's be positive.
the positive message is, if you want to run a 318ci motor that will get you in the 10.70s you are going to spend a ton of money. just to build a 318 because you have a few doesn't make any since. you can build a stroker 360/340 for half the money and live longer. like I said go for it if you think it can be done. one member here B3 has a 323ci motor that runs strong maybe he will see this. really I wish you luck.
