On the "legality" of the fender tag would the last guy to own the car with the fake tag be responsible for it. Could he go back on the guy who bought the tag and placed it there? For the so-called possible uninformed future buyer would he have recourse on who installed the Hemi? These issues will get more cloudy in the future.
