Saw a guy from Hollywood Fla running a SB stroker on the bottle street green A body turning low 9's at Moroso a number of years back. Car Looked fast, after his second run we drifted over to his pit to check it out, and a track official rode up on his vespa and told the owner the car was not to run anymore 9's or else, as the official drove off,the owner smiled and said, "i guess we'll just have to start runnnig 8's" I also suspect he was capable.
