Does it have a rear sway bar? Details on condition? Rust or rust repair? Drivability?

Tough to find comparable police car sales. Personally I like to put cars like that in rank order between other car that are easier to pinpoint values to. IMHO it's worth less than a 70 Road Runner column shift ok color in the same condition. Is it worth less/more than a 70 Sport Satelite 2 door N code car same codition?
