Awesome indeed! Can you share how much $$ you are into this for? I am looking to do a similar master suite over a 2 bay garage that would be connected by a short elevated hallway to my smallish Cape Cod.
I want geothermal also, but a wood stove/ pellet stove should heat what you have with no trouble.
