After following this post and others, it would seem that you are deffinately one of us "adrenallin junkies", so that would say plan for "more power!!!!!" in the future. We never get enough!! The SRs will make good power, and get you there, but will hit a wall(power wise) at a certain point. Will it be enough? Maybe for a year or so? Then what? Are you the type that will want to go to the next level in the future, and then look back and say "I wished i had,,,,,,,"
For me, i am kicking myself for having sold that 4.5 billet crank and having stayed with the 440-1s!!!!!!!!!!!
With the $$ i spent, i could be within $3000 of a 1050 hp 572!
If i ever bail on the racing, this motor (the 528)will turn into something bigger,(588?) with less compression and the same heads, for a streetable 700 to 750 hp!
