One other thing to consider is an oil pan improvement to handle the stroker. A lot of us running strokers have had oil issues with the rear main seal etc. and blowby, and i can't help but think it is related to severe windage problems in the block on long stroke motors. I have just ordered a 7 inch deep full to the pan rail sidebucket oil pan from RBRE, and am going to run a scraper as well to keep the oil in the pan.
If what i suspect is right, my problems with too much oil in the blowby coming out of the vacuum pump will deminish, and my ET should show a very nice improvement. I will post results in about two to three weeks when all the parts are in place and i get a chance to test!!
