The heads have the STD 2.19 valves. I had Dwayne install Ferrea valves last time. The heads have just been opened up to maxWedge port size, and INDY's crappy bowl blend work. Nothing radical at all. With one of Scott Brown's solid lifter cams (.630I/.610E, 112LSA) my 499 made 732hp/635trq.
