I was able to run a piece of welding rod down the hole in the head and by slowly turning the crank i found where the hole in the cam lined up. I had a problem between the crank and cam that was plugged and machine shop that put it together missed. He did take care of it. I did this on both sides to check the cam bearing alignment.
