Our 67 Coronet is still a street car. Its a 440 (30 over) with Indy SR heads custom hand ported by my father with Indy intake and 1000CFM Demon, TTI headers and of course some other Bowman goodies. Easy build and didnt really cost that much. Uncapped and on slicks i run 10.90's 11.00's all day long. Capped and on street tires 11.40's. You have to have the combo. My compression is now 11.0 and we still run pump gas on the street. Visit our website. I love quick B bodies!!!!!! Good luck. Kara Jo

My numbers are a little off from some of you guys. I'm going to chalk it up to a bad transmission and really old engine (been together for 17 years). New transmission goes in this summer and I'll be at PINKs at Firebird in November. OOTB Edelbrock Performer Heads, .590 Purple Shaft, Crane 1.5 Golds, M1 Single Plane, 1150 3-circuit 4500, 2295 TRW, stock stroke steel crank, stock block, 100hp shot of N2O 69 Charger, almost full interior, caged, tubbed, ladder bars, unknown weight 727 (slipping into 3rd), 10inch 4000 converter Run 1: Short shifting into 3rd, I botched the burn out. R/T-----.390 60'-----1.565 330-----4.629 1/8-----7.239 MPH-----93.72 1000----9.495 1/4-----11.414 MPH-----117.94 Run 2: No short shifting, still botched the burn out. R/T-----.238 60'-----1.582 330-----4.669 1/8-----7.287 MPH-----93.73 1000----9.542 1/4-----11.458 MPH-----118.23 Run 3: My only good burn out, waay over rev into 3rd. R/T-----.164 60'-----1.636 330-----4.718 1/8-----7.355 MPH-----93.67 1000----9.610 1/4-----11.528 MPH-----118.01
