Was it difficult to add the washroom facilities?
No... it has a shower and I have a porta pottie in there... has a kitchen area with a sink, frig, micro, TV, AC and heat, couch and a bed in the V in front... not all that fancy but does what I want... I normally cook on the BBQ outside and most of the time eat out there on a fold up table... a couple of chairs and thats about it for the front LQ section... on ANY trailer I would suggest a awning... best thing there is when there's no shade around
