Quality Motor Homes have taken a much bigger beating than homes in Las Vegas. It seems people will sell their RV before losing their home to foreclosure.
The problem with motor homes is that their quality and road worthyness is all over the board. I've seen heavy duty diesel pushers with everything ready for towing a box trailer and 60,000 miles sell for less than a two year old Class C that is worthless for towing. The MPG wasn't that much different.
