Locally I tow with my 2006 Dodge diesel but if we go for anything longer than a one day race we take the motorhome. Its a 27 ft class C with a 460 engine and tows like a pig but I love having it at the track. Heat,Air conditioning,toilet,bed,crapper,microwave,stove,refrig. Those afternoon naps are GREAT. My trailer is only 24ft and PA is pretty hilly but it gets me there. If you buy one check the rear frame because most of them are not beefy enough to haul the weight we do but its an easy fix. Your wife or girl friend will love you for buying one.
Plus having a shower. How the heck could I forget about the shower.
