The EV by far is the most popular.....
IMO after what I saw today, the old SDCE unit is probably the best.... but I'm not sure they even make it anymore, I know they got hell beat out of them when they had a bunch fail under high boost due to I think thin castings. I remember seeing the pictures of broken ones on turboforums years ago & I don't see it listed on his site anymore as a unit for sale....
I'm going to have Mark build me one of these & I'm sure he will make them for sale for anyone interested.
