No, that's the Extreme Velocity hat, I did'nt take any today with the home made hat, (imaigine it as being just a full round donut looking hat with a side 3" inlet) but it is in 2 videos I will post up eventually. Yes the "short turn" on the extreme velocity hat is basically the problem, it seperates the motor in 1/2 for most part. It's just a horrible design, adding spacers underneath the hat (ontop of the carb) supposedly helps but I don't have hood clearance for as much spacer as it neeeds I think. Mark said some guy over on turbo forums did some testing with spacers under one & found it took 8" section of pipe under one to get it to have even distribution LOL.
