Well, this morning I managed to get the dolly on I had to move the dolly back so that the back mounting angle was mounted on the rear of the engine- that is, on the mating surface where the bellhousing goes. So the rear of the engine isn't resting on the back mounting struts as it was suggested that it should (and as I had thought, too), but it seems to be holding up pretty good.

Anyway, I think I'm good to go now- thanks all for the suggestions!
