Also you may have interference with the steering hitting the oil pan, and possibly the steering arm hitting the header.
I have plenty of clearance with 2" TTIs. I am running the long fast ratio arms and even those have plenty of room. One thing people may not realize is the 1 7/8" and 2" TTIs are completely different in design.
