Took my gtx to the track last wednesday and was not very happy with the results. I do not take it down the track very often but when I do it just seems to have a terrible 60ft time usually around 1.840+. I always back off the throttle momentarily when I shift and think this is a major factor of why my 60 sucks and my ets have not improved. Do you think I will see any major difference if I flat foot the throttle and tap the clutch? My best the other night was 1.844 60 with an 11.93@116.7.

In my opinion (although I've never raced a 4 speed), I think it would make a huge difference, mind you it would not help your 60 foot times.

I suck at it so I don't try it, but just street driving, everytime I shift just driving normally, the car in the other line catches up until I got on the gas again. I can see that happening in a race if you let off the throttle before shifting.
