With the suspension hanging down, bump stop removed, you need the adjustment arm to be as far down as possible. I’ve used a steel plate on the lca (to bridge the gap) and a c clamp on the tip of the arm to force it down slightly more in order to get correct clocking of the hexes.

Adjustment bolt loose during all this of course.
