Mine pulls air through. Some other brands say they can be either clearly by a polarity reversal however the B@M instructions say it should pull and if not correct the polarity. But it does not say you should not or it would cause damage. I have it on the built in T stat and a bypass switch. The fan hardly ever kicks on by itself.
I will try to snap an installed pic today or tomorrow.
