FWIW, I talked to Sean at Dynamic and asked him if they'd recommend an 8" to better suit the new engine combination than my current 9.5". Surprisingly (to me, at least) he said they'd stick w/ a 9.5" but build it with a different stator (and?) to account for the change in HP & torque curves.

I also e-mailed the ATI tech folks asking about one of their 8" Treemaster converters; not sure when I'll hear back on that, but I'm curious what they say. work ATI's maybe 60-65 miles from me, so they're not too far away.
