Every street and strip car that I have had a good tranny temp gauge with a 8 or 9 inch good street and strip converter was hard to get them to run above 160F with a decent size tranny cooler mounted in front of the radiators without routing the tranny fluid through the stock type tranny cooler in them
Dominic ended up moving his down lower behind the front bumper to get his to run above 160F
