The "No Time Runs" means No Time Trials outside of the 2 Qualifiers.
The link said "all run" so going under just puts you at the bottom, not out.
Good Luck  I replied to some of the comments w/o looking at the link in the original post. There's nothing "no time" about this race, lol. You get two qualifying passes and nothing else before the race...literally means you don't get any test runs. "No time" races are a big thing around here...hence the confusion on my part. Grudge racing is obviously no time, but there are shootouts that some grudge cars will enter that are no time.
