I'm interested in running an index race at my local track. Reading the rules it states there are 2 qualifying rounds, no time runs.
I guess I'm asking how they build a run ladder from this and what I should be doing in these rounds. This is new to me and don't want to learn the hard way.
I'll be running 11.50
