The qualifying runs are "No Time Runs" according to the rules. Just wondering how they get a ladder ?

The tower/track still sees your times (even though it's a "no time" run) and the track officials set up the ladder from that. They just turn the scoreboards off. That's how it's done here anyway.
"No time" just means the scoreboards are turned off and the timeslips get cut in half at the ticket booth.
