Yes it is. the last car he built as far as I know. The car he raced in the 80's and 90's was actually a 63 Max Wedge car with a 64 front end on it. It is being restored, last I heard.
Was a cool car he built for sure. I'm not sure what happened to Terry after he sold the car?
