Is the housing flexing on launches?? Are the tubes stock? maybe time to brace the housing somehow. This was my thought also. Seems like every time I've heard of a Dana having problems keeping a gear in it, you end up finding the housing was bent. Monte Smith warned me about this years ago when I decided to keep my Dana and not change to a 9".
