We need a new intake design . The intake on the tall deck does not work well at higher rpm . These heads are 30+ year old technology. Who really has made big power ? It’s always a struggle past 7000 when these engines are 500+ inches . Best machine has pioneered using the Indy intakes on these engines , but we are still at a disadvantage . The intake needs a redesign

To make 1000+ is pretty nice , and at 7.000 this engine will last a while . It’s going to run well in the car . Nice job so far
