James, I'll tell you what - sounds like your daughters' friend fits the description of a "hero." During an emergency, most people will run away from it, while others are running TO it. I'd put her in that category. Her, & all the others in the medical field like her are true heroes. They sacrifice their own well being to help others.

If he hadn't mentioned the compensation would we have had all the negative comments ???. No one knows why she went, just that she did. Many medical, LEO's and first responders put their lives on the line every day for US. We need to support them in any way possible, not criticize. If you want to do that start, by looking in the mirror
