There are lots of other differences between engine dyno and chassis dyno numbers. I'd say that engine would easily make 600 hp on an engine dyno when outfitted with dyno headers. The drivetrain absorbs some power but so does the exhaust system, the cooling system, alternator, extra heat, etc. The car should be able to run low 11's if he can get it to hook.


This was done on a Mustang Dyno, they are in the 19 to 22% drive train loss, the Dyno Jet is in the 13 to 15 % loss, from my experience. No matter what it will be a awesome street strip Car
