I'm wondering how similar lung damage from urethane automotive paints with isocyanates compared to smoking might be for potential increased risk with COVID.

Never been a smoker, I always worth a cartridge style mask, but it was a few years of painting before I upgraded to a fresh supplied air breathing system with the urethane paints.
