Your prognosis is potentially fairly accurate IMO, except for one detail, that requires a bit more self awareness then this group has shown to me, stubbornness combined with the ability to view things from a new/different perspective, ie times change, most people don't.

A question I asked a few months back here about the age of moparts members, showed there is hardly anybody that responded under 50.

I also believe the financial drain on required proper care, quarantines, isolation,etc, etc, would really ding the entire system.


Reality check, that half the population is smarter then 50% of the people and it's a constantly contested fact.
