I lived in Annapolis, MD from 1983 to 1997. Nice place. Traffic going east on the summer weekends toward the beaches is bad at the Chesapeake Bay bridge.
And property values (cost) and taxes anywhere near Annapolis are going to be high. For example, current price of the house I lived in 1995 is $470,000 on 0.4 acres, and property tax $4,500/year. 567 Woodberry



That house is extremely expensive for the size of that house.
Unless it has huge acreage.
I was looking at homes in New Castle and Elkton.
Nice 3500 sq. Foot house is $309,000 on 1.4 acres.
Just trying to get in the middle of MIR and Cecil County, leaning towards Cecil more.
And not be too far from the beach if possible.
