If you want the ocean and drag strip close by you could look at the DE beach towns like Bethany or Rehoboth. US13 drag strip is close by. Most people I know want to leave MD not move here.
Why do they want to leave? I was actively looking at Rehoboth. My buddy lives there but I need to build a big poll barn. This is not an option. I need to duplicate my poll barn.
