I was actively looking at Rehoboth.
My buddy lives there but I need to build a big poll barn. This is not an option.
I need to duplicate my poll barn.
High taxes, cost of living, congestion and anti 2A. Everyone I know here has an exit plan once they stop working. Baltimore city, PG and Montgomery counties pretty much run the state.
I am not a water person but getting to the ocean is a bit a challenge during the summer unless you are on the eastern shore. Bay Bridge is a nightmare.
