Maryland property tax depends a lot on where you live. I am on the shore and i am about 30 minutes to the bay, 30 minutes to the beach and about 40 minutes to US13 in delmar. It's roughly 3 hours to Cecil and 3.5 to MIR from here.
How is US31? Is it a good track? Trying to locate where I can get some decent property and pay under $1700.00 a year in taxes.
