I gotta say....... that’s the first time I’ve heard of that one.

I’ve heard of upside down rings, rings in wrong grooves, wrong thickness rings, rings with almost zero gap........ but never no rings.

I don’t assemble a motor while anyone is around........ way too easy to get distracted when you’re yapping away(at least for me).
