The rocker arm holdowns are the ARP studs.
I'm pretty sure it is not an oiling problem, but really bad blow-by.
I think #3 cylinder was not firing (bad plug wire?) and the cylinder got washed down with raw fuel.
The inside of the cylinder, cylinder head, and exhaust port of #3 were all a light yellow fuel washed look.
All the other cylinders had some black soot.
Will have more info this weekend when we get the engine out of the car.
